The Details

Screen printing, also known as silk screening, is a printing technique that uses a mesh screen to transfer ink onto a substrate, such as fabric, paper, or other materials. Each color in the design requires a separate screen.

Our minimum order is 10 pieces for 1 color prints and 24 for 2 or more. Pricing does get exponentially better per piece when ordering higher quantities.

We’ll need a high quality digital file of your logo or artwork to prepare it for screen printing. Vector files and high resolution images are required in order to produce a clean, crisp print.
Vector files: ai, eps, pdf, svg are preferred and will ensure highest quality without fees. These files are acceptable as long as all fonts are expanded to to curves/outlines. If not, please provide font files in .ttf format to not incur additional fees.
Other acceptable formats (these WILL be subject to art charges: .psd (300 dpi or greater), jpg, png files (also must be 300 dpi or greater at full print scale).
If you need help with logo design, putting together an idea, or cleaning up a pixelated image we can help and/or refer a local graphic designer as well.

We don’t advertise pricing since each order is intricately unique. In order to quote accurately, we’ll need to know the following:
Product Type (T-shirts, Hoodies, etc.)
Product Details (Brand, Colors, etc.)
Sizes/Quantities
How many colors in your logo/artwork
Print Location Info

The Process
Stop, Collaborate, & Listen.
Email with as much information about your apparel project as possible. Whether you are creating your own brand, promoting your business, organization, or event, we love to hear the story behind the scenes.
Include all of your preferred garments, garment colors, ink colors, print locations, sizes, and art details. Contact information including name, number, email, and company or organization.
Fonts, Graphics, Colors.
Have a logo? Great, is it a vectorized image? If not, or if you are unsure, we can help answer any questions. We are capable of in-house logo designs and we can help clean up existing rasterized art work. If your idea is outside of our purview, we can refer local graphic designers to catapult your image ideas.
We are equipped to Pantone color match any proprietary colors you desire to keep your brand unique.
Hustle & Flow.
Approval, Production, & Delivery. After your artwork is approved and a half-down deposit is received, your project goes into the production line. Films will be printed, screens will be burned, press will be registered, and then ink will hit the garments.
Typical turnaround at this point is 12-14 days. Once your order is complete, you can arrange to pick it up, have it shipped, or negotiate a delivery. Full payment is due when goods are received…unless otherwise discussed and noted.
Rush orders are available but are at the mercy of time, complexity of the order, budget, and current production schedule.
